Rain Barrel Workshops will take place the second Saturday of the month, March - October from 9:00am - 10:00am at the Virginia Beach Farmer's Market. Workshops are $50 and registration is required. Register at VBMG.ORG. Participants will build a 55-gallon sealed rain barrel and be given a free diverter kit to help with installation on their existing down spout.
This is a family friendly event - children are welcome to come participate with their parents!

-Bring gloves and wear your work clothes as we perform general maintenance to Keep “Libby’s Garden” Beautiful.
Come and learn about herbs and make your own little bouquet, used in Colonial time to Victorian times, to counteract the odors in the street and during a time when people bathed infrequently. A simple craft item that can act as potpourri later as it dries.
